Nineteen years and 2,458,325 scrambled eggs later - I took an early retirement package offered by American Airlines. My husband and I used the funds from my retirement to begin investing in distressed houses in the Hudson Valley. We renovated each house and continue to lease them each year.

My focus in real estate has shifted from purchasing to selling, but everything I learned as a buyer helps me each time I sell a house. I love the business of real estate because each house, customer and transaction is unique.
