I am a native New Yorker who has been selling country properties in the Hudson Valley for over 22 years. I understand the challenges of first-time home-buying, telecommuting, weekend ownership and city-to-country adjustments. My personal service includes a file of reliable, time-tested local service people, from contractors and carpenters to chimney sweeps and pet sitters. I enjoy the Valley's splendid array of cultural amenities and am eager to share my knowledge about them.

My academic and professional background includes a Master's Degree from the University of Pennsylvania and a Doctorate (a.b.d.) from Yeshiva University, N.Y.C., a career in academe and non-profit agencies, plus 25 years of volunteer work on behalf of and with seniors. Honesty and integrity have been the foundation of my real estate practice.
